Kevin Sullivan Medal

The Kevin Sullivan Medal is named in honour of the former Woodend and GDCA opening batsman, GDCA Hall of Fame Legend, Life Member, and Treasurer for over 40 years from 1980/81 to 2022/23.

The award is given to the best player in the McIntyre Cup 1sts competition, as adjudged by the umpires, who cast their 3,2,1 votes after every game.

The medal was inaugurated in 2000/01 and winners of the award are as follows:
